Hello, I’m Alicia Samuels, founder of The Art of Empowerment and Heritage Essentials. I’m deeply passionate about the power of creativity to heal, empower, and transform lives. As a makeup artist, painter, writer, and poet, I’ve witnessed how creative expression can boost confidence, improve mental well-being, and foster a sense of community.

 

The Art of Empowerment was born from my desire to make creative education accessible to everyone, especially in underserved communities. Through workshops in makeup artistry, painting, and creative writing, we empower individuals to express themselves, unlock their full potential, and promote positive mental health.

 

Alongside this, I founded Heritage Essentials, a skincare company inspired by the natural ingredients of Jamaica and Africa. Heritage Essentials was created to celebrate natural beauty solutions rooted in cultural heritage. Our products body butters, scrubs, and skincareallow people to nurture their skin naturally while connecting with their roots.

 

Both ventures share a common mission: uplifting individuals, supporting mental well-being, and celebrating cultural heritage. By combining creative empowerment with self-care, we can build a positive, inclusive future.
